The apartment is located on the ground floor. The main entrance is easily reached by entering through the gate next to the parking area and crossing the garden. Here you will find a private outdoor space where you can relax on deck chairs or enjoy a meal at a traditional Ticino granite table. There is also a storage room where you can safely store your bicycles, equipped with a charging station as well.

Upon entering the apartment, you immediately step into the living area with an open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with an electric oven, a spacious fridge with freezer, a kettle, and a Delizio coffee machine. There is also a working fireplace (wood available for an additional fee) and a dining table.

Along the corridor, you will find the bathroom, which includes a bathtub, sink, and toilet (hairdryer, towels, toilet paper, as well as shampoo and shower gel are provided). This is followed by two bedrooms: the first with a double bed (160x200), and the second with a single bed and a pull-out bed for a second person (2x 90x200).

The second bedroom has been furnished with families in mind, but it is also suitable for adults. We warmly welcome younger guests; a travel cot and high chair are available upon request.

In the apartment, you will find recommendations for restaurants and activities suggested by the owners, who live in the same building on the upper floor, as well as brochures about the region, interesting books, and a selection of children’s toys and board games.

Pets are allowed for an additional fee of 50. per stay, per animal. Please note: the outdoor space under the two gates may allow small dogs to pass through.
